"Stayed for 7 nights. We live in US, but grew up in Chembur. Excellent value for money. Loved the choices for Morning Breakfast and the staff. We also used the Laundry and booking taxi for airport facilities. The staff and service is really great. Bathroom was clean, roomy and nice, only complain the toilet flush handle could use repair work. Highly recommend overall."

"Residency hotel fort made for a very pleasant and comfortable stay - I would wholeheartedly recommend this for numerous reasons. The accommodation was very comfortable in terms of the beds, washroom and AC facilities; the location of this accommodation was perfect being right next to the central railway station - we were able to easily walk to a few nearby points of interest. "Decent hotel with comfy rooms. Two major issues: rooms not soundproof and also WiFi in the room was intermittent. Great breakfast and the terrace on second floor is fantastic. Service was decent and staff were helpful and polite "

"The property in of its self is very nice. You won’t see it being patronized by a lot of foreigners due to the area it’s located. The staff at the hotel makes the stay enjoyable. Also the three square meals per day that can be included in the rate is amazing. Bring your own hand towel and face towels as well as lotions because the hotel doesn’t provide any. I’ll go back and stay there the next time I’m in Kohinoor City"
