"Excellent breakfast buffet. Mostly Japanese home-cooked items but some continental breakfast items (fried eggs/breads) are also available. Spa was spacious and clean. Pajamas (size large) were supplied. Walkable from the nearby Imari station, and ample parking if driving. During the peak check-in time, there was an English-speaking staff. Staff was always warm, courteous and helpful. "

"There is 4 parking spots on the property, but they aren't for guests? I parked in one of the three open and was called to move my car because it was the owner's spot. I was told to take it to paid parking. Room was amazing however. Water pressure in the shower was great."

"Good self-contained property. There was only a tiny saucepan (in a house that caters for up to 6 people) when we checked in. We contacted the agent, and while it took a bit of negotiation, they organised someone to deliver a bigger saucepan the next day - so top marks for their responsiveness. Imari (and the nearby Okawachiyama Village) is charming, and we used it as a base to explore Hirado. "

"The most freshest food I eat in all of japan and also the most exotic too. The views from the room was beyond picturesque, it was one of those moments when you just sip your coffee and just look at the sun riseing up out of the ocean with the volcanic looking island scattered along the cost and think this is something. "Really nice option close to bus stops to hakata & 15min from the castle/city etc. Staff were quite and even got to checkin before 3pn which is a rarity in Japan. Fairly average breakfast though (at least the 'western' part)."
