The manager completely ignored us taking calls intentionally when we were trying to resolve the situation. They downgraded us to a standard and expected us to pay full price until we called them out on this blatant deception. We had a two roomed spacious cottage which was clean , well furnished and with comfortable beds. It had a huge verandah overlooking the lake.
