"房間溫度太高，整晚無法入睡，住宿一晚後，早上向大堂職員反影，職員收到改回冷氣供應，否則提供電風扇使用的要求，並同意安排維修部立刻處理；到晚上約11點回來詢問情況，並回覆已經調整為冷氣供應，事後回房如常啟動冷氣及沐浴，及後發現仍無法調節冷氣，便與大堂再聯絡及安排員工上房處理，最路回覆是無法提供冷氣，只能安排風扇，結果整晚也無法入睡。實在太差體驗！"

"我們分別訂了七間房，第一天check in 時只給了二間房，櫃檯職員說叫我們食點東西回來再給其他房間，大約晚上7時多回到酒店取房，但是還沒有房給我們，擾攘一輪後經理妥善安排我們的房間。再次感謝James在我們其後入住酒店日子很有耐性和禮貌安排對待我們，值得一讚。我和我的朋友很滿意這間酒店說要下次再來。 酒店房間衛生乾淨，隔離有大商場，還有免費停車場非常方便，下次去佛山高明一定會再次選擇這間酒店。"
