"We checked into the hotel during the bomb cyclone and the computer systems were not working. The lady at the reception did an amazing job getting everyone in during the horrible conditions! The hotel completely lost power around 10:00pm and we were without heat and electricity throughout the night and morning. The seemingly staff of ONE should be commended!"

"This is within walking distance from SeaTac. They do have 24 he. Shuttle service. The bed was very comfortable. The only drawback is I was thinking there would be a full restaurant and there wasn’t. The Bistro was adequate. I plan on staying here again when I’m flying out of SeaTac."

"Overall the hotel was very nice. We had an easy time checking in and finding our room. The room is self was well appointed and clean. There were a few maintenance issues (the toilet paper holder was loose, the bathroom door didn’t close right) but overall we enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of sleeping space for my family of 5 and the breakfast in the morning was top notch."
