The front desk staff doubled assigned another guest to the room I was already assigned to, and it caught me by surprise, but I understand mistakes can happen, and she handled it accordingly. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. And the location was convenient. I will visit again."

"Very techy rooms. Heated floor and toilet seat, convenient switch location by bed to turn off all the lights. Even had a GS25 attached to the signature hotel which was very convenient if you needed a quick snack or anything. Hotel was pretty close walking distance to metro station as well as plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Overall had an excellent stay, great value. Only minor complaint was the carpeting in the hallway on the 9th floor looked pretty beat and stained."
