"Péssimo. O quarto não era nada parecido com as fotos. Reservei um quarto com uma cama de casal e outra de solteiro, e o nosso quarto tinha apenas uma cama de casal. O hotel e os quartos estão em situação precária, sem qualquer reforma nos últimos 30 anos. Vejam fotos dos hóspedes. A porta do nosso quarto mal fechava."

"The staff was super friendly and polite. The only problem we ran across was feces in our closet. Made me question the cleanliness of the room. Called Expedia, but they could not communicate with the property due to language. It was a very disappointing transaction because I had trip insurance and thought Expedia had my back. "

"Chalé bem confortável! Encontramos tudo organizado, limpo e cheiroso. Na pequena cozinha podemos fazer lanches e coisas fáceis. Tinha uma sanduicheira, além do microondas e utensílios. Café da manhã bem gostoso com o famoso pão de queijo e outras variedades. Na piscina pudemos descansar e fomos muito bem atendidos. "

"The staffs are friendly, the place is clean and its feel likes the old Lisbon which makes sense since it’s still in operation for 140 years. Everything is in walking distance and I feel safe. I especially love that’s it close to the park that have the mineral water. "

"Nossa estadia foi incrível! Todos os funcionários do hotel foram muito gentis e atenciosos. O chuveiro e as camas do quarto muito bons. As refeições MUITO variadas e MUITO gostosas e bem feitas. Único ponto que achamos que poderia ser melhor foi em relação a piscina aquecidam que achamos pequena e não muito aquecida. Com certeza iremos voltar com amigos e família."

"O atendimento é otimo, todos muito gentis e atenciosos, o quarto onde ficamos tinha infiltrações, chuveiro pingando, tivemos que pedir para trocar as toalhas, papel higiênico, a tv não é a cabo, wi-fi era da recepção e o sinal não chegava ate o nosso quarto, os móveis sao antigos, alguns precisando ser trocados cafe da manhã é bom, bem variado, a fachada do hotel é bonita, bem conservada, mas os quartos precisam de reformas. "Facade and gardens look lovely, social areas are beautifully decorated and furnished Bedrooms have not been modernised in decades, bathrooms very limited, old TV, precarious Internet connection, old and noisy air conditionig, old and hard towels Huge swimming pool, but the condition of the water was not ideal Basic breakfast, no food in hotel from Mondays to Wednesdays The enormous hotel was empty, we counted some five or six other guests - an eerie experience Although Waters Park opens every day, the SPA inside the park does not open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays"
