"Friendly and hospitable"

"The staff was wonderful and the hotel overall was clean. My room did not have full size towels and the toilet paper holders were both old and broken. The hallway smelled of weed, which is a complete turnoff; although I am finding this more and more at hotels. "

"The hotel was refreshingly new and spacious. It's also located in a wonderfully wooded area with access to Legacy Village. LV doesn't offer the unique eateries or mom+pop places to explore. Instead, it relies on the more corporate resources to meet your travel needs so be sure to get out and go to Little Italy and the University Circle spots to get your Cleveland cultural interests met. "

"Great location. Parking in a garage behind hotel- a walkway over to the hotel would have been nice as it is February and it is a bit of a walk from garage to hotel. Staff very nice. "

"Check in was delayed however staff gave a later check out time. No mattress pads on beds but beds were comfortable. Very close to basketball arena and would stay here again "

"This is such a unique hotel I stay in a lot of different places as I travel a lot but this is absolutely one of my favorites. The environment is just amazing. Showers are why as well as the TVs but other than that it’s very nice"
