"Mixed experience, good location and had an early check in which was helpful. However I asked to the bar area to work between meetings but was the told the “boss was having a meeting”, there was enough space for me to work and for them to have their meeting, not very customer focused. The room was great but the need to invest in my need blackout curtains as I was awoken at 4:30am when the sun came up. "

I have noticed my error as soon as I received email confirmation and the staff wouldn’t answer my calls nor messages to change the booking, even though it was 2-weeks ahead. Shocking service in a good looking hotel."

"Perfect people who care about the hotel. Great place to stay, the sea is max. 5 m walk. Very comfortable and clean rooms, easy to find and reach from the Main Street. "

"The apartment was very well kept and the kitchen & bathroom were both good. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the bedroom was very small with very little room on the sides of the bed and a TV mounted on the wall so that you had to duck under it to get to the bed."

"Ligger i gågata. Kun takvinduer, men kan blendes til helt mørkt på natta. Aircondition både sovetom og oppholdsrom. Noe bråk fra gågata/utesteder, men ørepropper gjør susen! Kjøleskap, frys, komfyr og fullt utstyrt. Hånkler og såpe. Deilig takterrasse. Sentralt om Sopot er stedet, men Sopot brsøkes ikke igjen. Anbefaler å bo utenfor, gjerne retning Gdansk, og heller leie el-sykkel. Superenkelt og sykkelstier."

"Our stay was great. Breakfast brought to your room was pretty good, too! The only downside was that the elevator was under maintenance, and transporting our luggage to the 3rd floor took a few trips. Hopefully, this will be fixed soon, as it's the place to return to on our next trip to Sopot!"
