"Horrible stay, we booked the most expensive room, big one, but they sent us to 2 km futher room in villa, very bad condition, very little heating, and they couldn't speak english on the phone. no wifi was sent to us, just a phone number speaking other languages than english and far from the center, some of the things in the flat/bathroom were old and very bad, not even a coffe.
