"The hotel is very nice until you get to the rooms. Rooms were smaller then the other hotels we stayed at. We were asked if we smoked and said no. They put us in a nonsmoking room. Clearly it was a previous smoking room. Very smoky and yellowed. Extremely musty!"

"I was impressed by the beautiful view and I do appreciate the kindness of the staffs. However, I felt disappointed when I noticed that I paid ¥3,454 higher than what I reserved on Expedia. I thought I would get reasonable price making a reservation through Expedia, but I didn't.They charged me ¥19,400 but according to my reservation it’s supposed to be ¥15,946. "

"サウナアンドスパを期待していましたが、段差のある大浴場一つと3~4人でいっぱいのフィンランドサウナ、これも段差のある水風呂一つの施設でがっかりでした。宿泊者以外も1000円で利用できるみたいだけど、スーパー銭湯と比べ物にならないくらい設備がない。 地方都市の少し古めのビジネスホテルで、部屋はいたって普通のビジネスホテルタイプです。駐車場無料で朝食付きでも、この値段は高すぎです。 日立駅からの朝日を見るために選んだホテルでしたが、次はないかな。"
