The staff were very welcoming throughout our one night stay and extremely helpful when we acquired about foods suitable for a milk allergy for breakfast the following morning.The only downside would be that there were no options for gluten free/vegan/milk allergy to eat at the breakfast buffet although there was dairy free milk available for tea and coffee and fresh juices. I would advise if this was a requirement to take...

"Poor service. We checked in at 10.30 pm and I asked what time the bar was open until and was told it was closed, they were still serving! In the morning, housekeeping entered the room at 9.00 am and we were still sleeping. I informed reception but they did not speak English, eventually someone came who spoke English and said it was my fault as I didn’t put the do not disturb sign in the door. They were not interested at all."
