"I stayed here for a solo trip to get away from the big city. This hotel and staff didn't disappoint. The rooms and hotel itself were impeccably clean and the staff was amazing. It's also a perfect distance from Laredo. Far enough from the city centre but close enough to walk. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to go to Laredo. I do hope to come back as well."

"Have tried hard to be positive after initial booking in and access issues which were resolved. Food was very good. Booked because of proximity to Santander port but compared to previous night stay in Madrid at half the price and full continental breakfast for same price as this one with much less. No wifi or aircon here. Window left open for air resulted in major mosquito bites. Felt very vulnerable due to access/egress issues and would not repeat this experience. "

"when i arrived , yes i have a kid 5 years old they said i was lying and they me paid 20 eyros more, my reason not to mention is that we dont use the bed , our son sleeps with us, but the room was very hot , so next day i said you mentioned in the ad that the hotel has air conditioning and it dint have, ans she said that they on the aircondition only if they think clients will need , so for us was very hot night and expensive night, but the hotel yes is new and very good facilities"

"On arrival at 13.00 we were told that we could not have our room key until 14.30. Fair enough although most hotels that we have stayed in have been flexible on this point. Asked if they had a room for luggage while we went for lunch. No but we could leave it in the lounge. We left it and decided to go out for lunch. when we returned at 14.30 we were given the key to our room which was on the second floor despite requesting a lower floor room. "Friendly lady reception staff at the Hotel Arcs where we collected our key for our apartment 604, receptionist walked out of hotel to point to the green garage gates for our secure parking which was underneath the apartments and a couple of minutes walk away. The apartment was spacious and light, kitchen a bit tired but more than adequate, plenty of utensils and very clean. Only used the one bedroom, bed was firm which suited us, white cotton sheets. Sitting area relaxing and spacious. Was rainy...
