"Staff at hotel super helpful and friendly. I have stayed at 2 Hotel Bed4U hotels on my trip to Bilbao/Santander, both have been wonderful however the Santander hotel has been the best. We arrived to our room with 2 glass bottles of water, a welcome note and some sweets. A lovely touch!
