"Amazing cliff top sea views gorgeous empty beach. Quirky accommodation with all you need for a short stay. Host was a very friendly and helpful guy. We went by train but a car would be beneficial as although not far from the village it's a little remote with unlit dirt tracks probably ok in summer but not recommended coming home from the village pub in the dark. "The hostess is a gem! The house is quaint and peaceful. Fabulous breakfast and I love the living room on the bottom floor. Water pressure could be better, but that may just be an issue with the area so I wouldn't fault the propriator for that. The twin mattress in the room was meant for a small child. It was not comfortable for a third adult, but the main mattress was great. Still five stars because the owner is so accommodating and the place is very nice. "

"Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+"
