"We had a great long weekend in Oct/Nov. The village is fantastic with a traditional butcher, farm shop and amazing cafe, all on a lovely high street. A wonderful park across the road which the dog loved. Lots of amazing walks nearby. The flat was cosy and there were some lovely treats on arrival. Great for dog owners too. "

"Lovely, spacious and clean property right on the sea front. Picture windows in the lounge were perfect for watching the ever changing sea scape. Lovely towns and villages nearby for sightseeing. Local pub great and fish and chips from the chip shop/restaurant very tasty."

"We really enjoyed our break in Arbroath. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable and provided all of the facilities we could have asked for with a few very kind and thoughtful extras added. The location was ideal for us to explore the area with great walks and very convenient parking. We would recommend this accommodation as a base and a home from home."

"Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+"

"The apartment was very nice — spacious, comfortable, and clean. The two levels worked well for our three-generation group, and the location was really nice for its access to town. One of us just had knee surgery and that made the climb to the apartment a little difficult; other than that, things were perfect."

"The inside of the apartment is good. It could do with some new area rugs because cleaning them didn't help. Also there is not a dryer but a broken dryer rack that doesn't help. The washing machine is under a counter and very hard to access. Beds in main bedroom need to be replaced they are worn out, but linen were very clean and good. The biggest problem with this apartment is the area and location and maintenance of the building. You have to use limited street parking then walk past the trash...

"The decor of the cottage was stunning. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Location was also really good very near the beach, park, shops and cafes etc. Parking was easy right outside. I would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed lovely walks along the promenade. A few minor tweaks needed to make this a top class stay. Hairdryer and remote control not working correctly - both need replaced. Sofa was not very comfortable cushions were flat and worn. Light/ torch...
