"It’s very nice for a pub alot better than some hotels very clean and nicely decorated great location with nice food and bar there was also a lift so no stairs to climb with luggage i will be staying here again "

"Reasonable condition pub accommodation. My room had toilet/basin ensuite which was a bonus as rooms are shared facilities. Shared hot shower standing in a bath was fine. Good linen and towels and toiletries. Near excellent transport hub; Strathfield station."

"Room shutters needed repair. Overall the facilities were fair for what they are and, whilst pretty noisy, the Palace represents good value. It’s an old pub so be realistic; don’t expect a quiet, modern experience. 3.5 stars. "

"There was only a 1/4 of a roll of loo paper left for us and the oven was filthy ( I’m guessing previous visitors and only just overlooked by cleaners) Others than that was neat and tidy and livable for a couple of days. Also no Tv as mentioned in the ad. "

"Clean and comfortable. On a busy Rd and under the airport flight path so pretty noisy from early morning till late evening. Quite roomy. All in all pretty good value for the price"

"Had me worried as the property mamanger didn't give access instructions until the day we were due to check in. Other than that, property is about 6 mins drive to station, or about 20mins walk, or you have uber and taxi. Bedrooms are clean and spacious. Toilet looks like it was replaces with a new one, bath tub/shower is in need of replacement tho. Overall it was a good stay, just didn't like the poor lighting to the property entrance, sensors didn't kick in unless you move around a bit. "
