"Wonderful and exciting to be in Newtown with Central car parking and ease of transport close by. We’re able to travel around my car and train visiting many of the wonderful sites of Sydney coming back home to a gorgeous dwelling with wonderful Kitchen and Facilities."

"We loved our stay in Marika's lovely house. The location is great, close to restaurants, pubs and shops. Ferry and bus stop 5 minutes walk away, giving access to the whole city. The views from the house were great and the house had everything we needed. Marika always responded quickly and was a great host."

"Great location. Everything you need for a girls weekend. There are lots of ‘levels’ of flooring which were a little dangerous, especially at night. The back ally way with street art is awesome for a photo shoot or two!!! "

"A modern apartment. Reasonably clean, horrible parking arrangements/ street. Master bedroom very comfortable. Other beds less so, very low to ground. I could not have got up from or onto them. Plenty of bathroom supplies. An extra tea towel or two would be helpful when a full house expected. Flight path a challenge. Dining Table ok, but some of the chairs were very wobbly. Great additions for young families including cot and high chair. Very convenient to public transport."

Check in was easy, communication was appropriately concise. The linen was low quality, but that is not enough to stop me from having this on my likely return-visit list."

"We had a fantastic weekend in this lovely house. It was fit out and presented well, clean and tidy, and in a great location. The only criticism would be with such a large area that maybe some more lounge seating in the living areas as it was limiting given the houses ability in accomodating a large group. The hosts were great answering our queries very promptly in the lead up to our stay and would recommend the house for anyone to stay in."

"Good location, walking distance to Sydney buses and 20 minutes to Norton St Leichhardt for all your culinary needs plus secure ground level parking if you travel by car. We left the car in the garage and used public transport."

"Contrary to the Stayz entry there is no off-street parking, however parking on the street was reasonably easy (apart from Saturday night & market day). The apartment was very clean and provided a great space for a family."

"Area: The property is in the best place! It’s walking distance to a huge stretch of food and retail places. The local culture and vibes are also great. Service of hotel: Customer service was great and room was super clean. Houskeeping is provided as well. Only issue we had was that our room; I believe there were pipes or something of the such behind the walls so unfortunately we had constant knocking and banging sounds throughout the whole time there. "
