"Loved this place, its a new favorite for Seattle. Incredible theming, this is not at all like staying in mall, the way some newer hotels can feel. bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was so much better than expected--I normally skip them, but we went every morning. Anyone complaining about the homeless people must not have been to many large cities. I was expecting something like downtown portland or san francisco, but it was completely fine. We even wandered through an overpass...

"It was convenient to the train station and breakfast was awesome! We arrivef there early and asked about early check-in. They said if I signed up for their awards program, they had my room ready and would wa e the early check-in fee. I filled out the card, and told them to check an old phone #, and it showed i was a member. Then they no longer could give me my room early without a charge. Also,, were disappointed that they never msde up our room after the 1st night and had to call room...

"Loved the location, had an appointment at Fred hutch so it was great. The area around the hotel is really nice and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Also loved that it was right next to lake union. Only complaint was the pull out couch in the room was horribly uncomfortable for the person sleeping on it. But aside from that the stay was good. Would definitely choose this place again. "

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. The staff was wonderful and our room was perfect. The bedding was super comfortable and it was a well kept and clean property. The adjoining restaurant was also amazing. The food and the service was excellent. Also the coffee shop connected to it was great. "
