"It's our second time staying at this hotel. Staff is very friendly, check in was fast. This time we stayed at room 106, it was comfortable but very cold. Temprearure unable to be adjusted, we were in a fridge! We call for help and nothing can be done that night, during the morning we went to staff and we were told someone will check it but at night we felt temperature the same. A bathroom wall was dirty but we managed it. Air conditioning sounds loud as room 102. Breakfast was good."

"The property is beautiful and comfortable. The staff friendly and helpful. The pool with loungers and hammocks in many areas of the property make it welcoming and while a small hotel, it has been designed for relaxing and comfort. The rooms are small with little storage for unpacking."

"This is a lovely property at the edge of a forested natural area. The location is terrific if you want to be in nature (which I did!). Each staff member was super friendly. The pool was clean (and warm!) and the courtyard just wonderful. The flowering trees, abundance of birds, and adjacent trails were dreamy. Our balcony was amazing. It would be good for anyone visiting to know in advance about the difficulties in eating, especially dinner. The café on the property is open 8-4 M-Th, and...

"Our 1 night stay was pleasent. We were able to comunicate by phone with manager the person in charge his name if I remmenber was Armando/Ricardo he was very desent and make us feel comfortable. The stay has like tropical fancy vibe from the outside and inside view. Nice for couple or friends trip. Walkable to any restaurant or shop options next to it."
