"Hotel staff was very friendly on check-in, lobby area very clean and neat, but dates some, especially including look of mix of furniture in lobby lounge area. Room was small, however nicely appointed with all I needed. The hallways of the hotel were immaculate and sparkled. The bathroom was very clean, however the room itself needed a serious deep edge-vacuuming. Dust could be seen along the edges of room and under the nightstand opening at the floor. "The hotel feels dated and is in need of a revamp. The onsen space, while appreciated, was quite small and lacked the relaxing ambiance one would expect. Additionally, the water pressure at the bathing area was poor. Overall, the experience didn’t live up to expectations "
