"Ok experience. Nothing more and nothing less. Two Norwegians pretty used to comfort and good accommodations, and this wasn’t all the way as expected at this price level, even though it’s Serengeti. The staff were very bad in English, so we found ourselves lost in translation very often. Which made planning a safari a bit of a challenge. However, our safari guide was fantastic. The food was ok, but variety was not good at all. The worst: This hotel is MUCH more expensive than they disclose...

"Couldn't find booking due to communication issues with head office so put in any available room which was cramped. Dinner had run out so did not eat properly. Breakfast was poor. Room was not clean and water was cold."
