"I booked a Classic room and was presented with a dark, dirty room with tattered pillowcases, tired bedding, a distinctly broken bedside telephone, a lighting fixture hanging by its electrical cord above the bed, and a generally depressing ambiance. I complained and was upgraded to the Diamond Suite which was marginally better but came with a broken tv remote control and no bathroom towels. "The stay at the hotel was great. The hotel staff was very helpful, e.g.in organising a taxi, etc., and friendly. The restaurant was excellent a complimentary breakfast was also served. I highly recommend this hotel."

"AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! I paid the full amount for 2 nights at this property only to get there and the executive room was giving out. after alot of argument, we finally got one only to be told we have to pay more money for the room due to exchange rate or some bull. They have a horrible customer service and extremely greedy managers. i wont touch that establishment again with a pole. "
