Itinerary was well organised by our tour guide ( Tony) and his crews. Would highly recommend to first timer to Halong Bay. My only negative comments to management would be crews member smoking at the deck after work. Me and family member was supposed to have a very good chat and decided to go to the room because really can’t tolerate the smoking...

"The room was spacious and clean. I get the feeling this was once a beautiful hotel but is now dated and showing signs of neglect. The shower is a poor design that floods the bathroom. The cold water quit and we couldn’t flush the toilet. No restaurant. The staff were very nice. The price was reasonable. "

Disappointing to see so much trash in the sea, although this is out of control of this particular cruise boat."
