"This is a small apartment. The bed was a double bed but with a twin size comforter. Kitchen equipment is locked away and can be used for 20CHF. Hair dryer was also 20 CHF. There is a bus stop right outside the building, getting around was easy. It is a 15 min walk from the Stadium which is why I chose it but I wouldn't chose it again. "

"When we arrived to check in, 5 minutes early...we were greeted by three employees at the front desk. The woman who appeared to be in charge told us "we need a moment, please go sit on the red sofa." There was no "hello" no "we will be with you in just a moment" but rather...we are too busy to help you, you are here five, yes five minutes early...go sit on the couch and wait. It was a rude arrival to our accommodations and left a bad flavor for our time in your hotel. A little hospitality...

The hotel is also dog friendly which is great when travelling with a dog. The hotel rooms were very clean and the other facilities were too. The only complaint I have is that the beds are very hard. "Great location and the attic rooms are spacious and comfortable. Front door could use a new coat of paint…and since that is the first thing you see when we arriving, and first impressions mean something, it would be nice if those kind of maintenance items were taken care of; same goes for the mildew found on the shower ceiling and tiles in our room. Overall we love this place and have stayed a few times and are happy to call the Helvetia home when we are in Zurich. But, the property does need...

"Functional hotel next to train station with no reception or concierge. Self check in and check out facilities work fine, but the key card did not open the front door, hence I had to call the push button operator to open the door. Breakfast is nice, but continental with no frills."
