"The staff at the rec option desk was very welcoming and friendly. The room was an ok size for a single occupancy. Typical twinbed style as it is common in Europe. Clean room. Comfortable mattress (I prefer the harder mattresses), and shower and sink water pressure were perfect. It is also only a 10-minute walk to Koelnmesse or one subway stop. "

TV.. and ensuite bathroom.. great shower with instant hot water Unfortunately my room overlooked the motorway but if you are fortunate enough to have a rear facing room you can see over the nearby reservoir.. Ideal place to stretch...

Francisco especially went out of his way to give recommendations and help with all aspects of my stay. Great location, an easy 5-minute walk to the main train station and cathedral (thanks to clear instructions provided by the hotel in advance). The rooms are cozy, very clean, and very comfortable. And the breakfast buffet is the best I had on my multi-city trip! I’d stay...

"The hotel was old but very well maintained. Cleaned, spacious and walking distance to the central train station. Very friendly and helpful stuff. A bit on expensive side for the location but considering the event going on, UEFA championship it was a very good choice we made. The area around was not the greatest one. Nothing going on and not clean. Surprised with Germany, returning there after 30 years "
