Facilities wise bed was super comfy, room clean, the generous sized bathroom needs a bit of a revamp but doesn't affect use (shower screen and windows). Food was delish and homecooked. A relaxing atmosphere and a peaceful 3 night stay. "

"Beautiful historical property, stunning views from the dining hall at breakfast out into the gardens. Amazing artwork throughout. Staff all extremely friendly and welcoming, we were made to feel welcome and accommodated by all. We had the townhouse all to ourselves, featuring a kitchen and living room downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. The fixtures and fittings were still some of the originals which added to the history of the building. We throughly enjoyed our stay and plan to make a return...

Charlie who checked us in and looked after us was extremely friendly, kInd and very helpful when booking taxis for us. Breakfast was decent! Perfect before a wedding.
