"Enjoyed our stay. Lovely property and rooms. We stayed in the Jacamar room which was very homely with an additional sitting area and fireplace and small enclosed garden which was constantly visited by hummingbirds. Although the property has its own restaurant it is in close proximity to other eateries. It is also in a good lication for visiting the volcano and La Paz Waterfall and Gardens. "

"We loved the freedom to explore the rainforest right outside our door. We saw a wide variety of wildlife: howler monkeys, iguanas, motmots, tree frogs, hummingbirds.... Tirimbina also offers many different tours. We went on a night walk and our guide, Walter, was knowledgeable and very friendly. Overall we loved our time at Tirimbina."

"Birdwatching Rainforest "

"Large property - suffered from recent flooding when I was there. Saw a lot of interesting birds and other wild life on the property. The rooms were large - but the space was not well utilized. I had the impression that there was a lot of deferred maintenance that was overdue. Nonetheless, it was comfortable. The food was OK."

"All good except some rooms are a long walk uphill when carrying a bunch of luggage. Staff is great. Bed and shower great. Cool birds and frogs around Would stsy again"
