Local dining options were fantastic. I was able to book a masseuse to come in after skiing which was also arranged by the staff. Beds were also very comfortable. We will not hesitate to visit again. "The receptionist was not very friendly due to being overworked. The check-in was rushed and unfriendly and the check-out with the same receptionist was again rushed. It would have been nice if she could at least have asked me how my stay was. The breakfast Supervisor was superb, super friendly and yet very professional. The room was spacious, the bathroom as well but it would have been nice if it had toiletries. The shower gel dispenser had a liquid that I could not find out if it was once hair...

"Incredible, warm service and beautiful breakfasts with homemade ingredients, and lovely dinners (with the half board option) made this a memorable stay. Ingrid and Michael (owners/managers?) and the head housekeeper Slady each went out of their way to be friendly and welcoming. The gingham duvets and pillow cases were charming, but the towels, oddly, were a bit threadbare."
