"The Romerhof hotel is actuelly a wing of the Tenerhof hotel, only rooms/restaurant located 50 meter apart from the main hotel facilities, but... the hotel was very very nice, starting from the welcoming, on to the perfect service from all the stuff (especially the shuttel driver (with the glasses) which was so friendly and helpful. The breakfest was very tasty and almost perfect, more vegtables are needed. the breakfest serivce was perfect. The spa is well equipped and maintained with elegance...

"Beautiful, very comfortable property, a variety of restaurants and wonderful staff! I would highly recommend staying here!! Some small things to note: - there is only 1 washer/dryer in the basement, you need E1 coins to operate & you own laundry soap. It would be nice if there was more than 1 machine, I can only imagine how busy it is in the winter during ski season. Also, it would be nice if individual laundry detergent was sold onsite as grocery stores are not nearby & have limited hours....

"We liked the property, however they say it’s a non-smoking place but they have ashtrays on the balconies and all of our neighbors smoked! It was terrible bc we’d have to close our balcony door and it was hot. Also there is no a/c nor fans :( "

"We had a great stay in apartment number five, but our checkin process with the front desk at Crystal Hotel was horrible. Everything up to the payment was great, but then it turned to a complete mess. With no information at all, I was presented with a much higher bill than the Hotels.com confirmation. "For UK guests, having to take your own bedding and towels is a negative. Location is not a two-minute walk into town: ten minutes in, nearly twenty back as it’s all up! The bus from town finishes at 5pm. Kitchenette is facilitated - just. A dining table would be nicer than the fixed worktop, especially as there is room.
