"Efficient check-in & check-out. Good room layout which is sufficient for two guests with two large luggages to move around, pack/unpack, relax and rest. Generous in-room hotel supplies which are sufficient even for long stay customers (who do not request daily room make-up) without the need and inconvenience to ask for refill at front desk. Staff are also flexible in responding to customers' needs. Free drinks at cafe during 10am to 8pm is added plus enabling tired guests to have a comfotable place with tables to chat. relax & relief thirsty before returning to room. Excellent breakfast with well balanced variety and quality and dishes are refilled quickly. Sound proof is very good which is seldom nowadays in other hotels. The best hotel ever during my stays in Japan. The only issue is the pillow and mattress do not suit my body and I need to made these up using towel and pyjamas to improve sleep quality. Will book this hotel again the next time I travel to Nagoya."

"Close to JR station with reasonable price"

"Clean business-type hotel in easy walking distance from the train station. Room was clean and surprisingly roomy for Japan. Breakfast featured a number of Japanese specialties as well as Western items. Staff were helpful and kept my luggage for me as I visited Nagoya castle. "

"There were constant banging m when you walk through the walls and the vibe is very eerie. The walls were dirty, and beds were hard as sleeping on the floor. The entire building smelt like a casino. Thankfully, I was there for one night only."
