"Stayed for 5 nights while at Europa Park. Lovely clean hotel, usually stay in Premier Inn in UK when at theme parks and this was so much better. Breakfast was lovely, restocked constantly, clean hotel. They don’t clean your room every day but you can get towels etc from reception or housekeeping. They even decorated a table for my son’s birthday. Would definitely stay again. "

Arrived too late for an evening meal but based on how busy the eating areas were I would expect the food to be excellent too. A must stay if anywhere in the area. "Seems like a nice hotel with good spa facilities. We had a non smoking room, but it stank of cigarettes and the bathroom smelt unclean. The hotel staff didn’t speak any English (I no we were in Germany but basic pleasantries would have been nice) so don’t expect any help. Didn’t complain about the smell in the room as unable to make ourselves understood."
