"This is the worst stay I ever booked on hotels.com. I dont even know where to start with this review. No vegan/vegitarian option in the buffet. Despite asking not to disturb, room service still showed up. Elevator is for name sake and cannot fit single person with luggage. Sleeping with blinds, shutters and drapes still feels like sleeping on the street in this hotel. Bed and other furniture passed its usable age long back but it is still not replaced. Tap in the bathroom kept leaking whole...

"Amazingly comfortable and right in the centre of town. You can take a bus into Venice from the tram stop 5 minutes away from the hotel. Only feedback, there is no coffeeshop open early in the area.
