"Stayed 4 night for business during Jan 2025. This is a pretty unique hotel - it is situated in a very old building (renovated, of course) right at Piazza dei Signori, so location can't be better. We never met Paolo, out host. However, he has been super responsive and helpful over whatsapp. I had a room with a balcony over the Piazza, so great view. "A simple check in process. Excellent location within minutes of restaurants/bars and a quick walk to all the major sights. Property was very clean and the kitchen well-equipped. The only issue was the noisy entry system that sent video and audio into the room when other guests were trying to enter. It made for some interrupted sleep. Other guests were also frequently loud in entering the property. Shame as this spoiled the accommodation somewhat. "
