"Excellent hotel for the following: walkable from train station, walkable to main sights of Innsbruck, next door to a Christmas market, spacious room, excellent shower, good kitchenette. Bed was quite low to the ground and there were only 2 pillows, which were a bit flat. Overall, highly recommend."

"Hotel was beautifully located, we had a balcony bedroom with a phenomenal mountain view. Hotel and room were both really nicely furnished with a lovely atmosphere. The bed was super comfortable. Staff were friendly. The hotel had a really nice small bar downstairs with a great atmosphere and extremely good prices for drinks. The breakfast option was also great, with a really nice food selection and great attention to detail."

"We had a fantastic holiday in Mayrhofen courtesy of the Gluck auf. The suite exceeded our expectations being modern, in great condition, and perfectly equipped. The view from the balcony was amazing. The hotel itself is in a great location on the edge of town which is just a short walk away. There's plenty of inclusive parking. We were greeted by Monika who is a lovely lady and was so helpful. Highly recommended!"
