"Loved the property as it was almost fairytale like. The staff was lovely and did everything possible to help us navigate the area. It is not easily reached by train and Uber is non-existent, but the property and its location is 5 star. Breakfast was included and it more than exceeded my expectation. "I traveled here with my younger brother and his girlfriend. We used this as our base camp to ski at Ischgl and Arlberg. We all absolutely loved the hotel; the food was delicious, the saunas were very nice, and the staff was exceptionally helpful. I hope to go back for another couple ski trips this season. "

"Plenty of parking. The Spa is really nice. The staff is really nice. The towels are stiff, if you can deal with that it’s good place to stay. The breakfast is good. The dining seemed to be short staffed or just slow. We had dinner a couple doors up the street. It was amazing. Overall we will stay there again. "
