"Essential amenities were provided at the hotel. As an environmentalist who tries to minimize waste, I was satisfied. The hotel is located in a quiet area, which was nice. The only thing I think could be improved is adding a trash can in the room—there was only one in the bathroom. Thanks "

"Nice and quick stay. Good grounds and location. Bathroom in the bunk room a bit odd.. while they provide “privacy” with a blurred glass the curtain should ultimately extend to cover the shower area.. beds are very firm.. there was some sort of maintenance and noise going on around 1AM and 6AM right outside the window. Other than that enjoyed my stay. Morning coffee is pretty basic..just the pods. They have a common area for setting up laptops and working which is nice. Little Jenga sets placed...

"The club area could have a little more variety of foods. And have fingers foods at least till 9:00pm . Cause some folks comes in later from their flight cause of delays . And there is nothing to eat "

"I thought the hotel was closer to dumbo, that was my fault. If i had a car it would have been good. But i did find the ferry just on 10 minutes walk. So it wss quick to wall st and dumbo. Hotel was lovely and very comfortable "

"The property was clean and felt very safe. The airport shuttle was extremely helpful. My 21 year old daughter was stranded alone at JFK. After going through customs returning from London she could not go back through security because she had missed her connection and the next flight was in the morning. Thankful you were there!! I booked her room and she took the shuttle. Thank You!! "
