"I was looking for an inexpensive place to spend the night while visiting family (a 99th birthday party) and doing some exploring. The hotel is showing it's age, but it wasn't gross. I did have an issue with my ground floor window not locking, but it was taken care of on a Sunday with limited staff. It was pretty quiet while I was there, the staff was friendly enough. "The property was listed as a bed and breakfast, but did not serve breakfast. There was no restaurant in walking distance open for breakfast. Manage was pleasant. Room was huge, well decorated and clean. There was a restaurant a few steps away that served lunch and dinner."

"The stay was peaceful. Sunrise and Sunset was the definition of serenity. It had a very old feel but in this case everything added to the charm. Breakfast was good and the lady cooking was phenomenal. Beds are comfortable and good on the back. The outdoor space was great, the area itself is very calming, with relaxing views. Give this place a try, you will not regret it."

"Katherine was an absolutely wonderful host and even offered us a tour of the wonderful church next door. The first night the hot tub was not warming up, but Katherine was always in communication and ensured the hot tub was ready and working for our next night. The house is very beautiful as well, and it was amazing to have so much local art inside. My friends and I had the best time, and Katherine’s home and hospitality only made our trip even better. "
