"Chelsea and Ely were professional and super amazing they dealt with our issues promptly! Carpets in rooms had horrible wet/pet or mouldy smell. The staff gave us a spray which masked the odour for a bit. The moved us but, new room still had that same smell. So we took the spray again. Hotel was very clean except for the shower. Edges and corners had mould and it would breakaway while you showered that was horrifying especially with a toddler. "

"Breakfast was really tasty. The way the rooms are set-up is great. It's spread out and each room has its own bathroom, so there is ample privacy. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The hotel does need a refresh, though. The floor in the hallway seems as if it’s pitted, it dips in areas of the hallway.
