"We stayed for 4 nights. It is in a very busy neighbourhood, the street side is quite busy so if you sleep with the window open it can be a bit disruptive, but when it was closed it was fine. The room was great, bed is comfy. The hotel is a short walk to the train station and not far from Marianplatz.
