"Had a lovely stay and the outside of this hotel is very pretty. Was having a big extension built and in the morning, we were woken up by someone doing pipe or elctrical work above our room, not best pleased at 8.15am in the morning. Aside from this, the satff were lovely and we had a beautful dinner in the hotel restaurant, home made schnitzel - was delicious. Only used as a stop hotel on our way tot he Stelvio Pass so location was perfect"

"Nice facility, lovely and help full host and breakfast staff. I would have given this an overall rating of 5, but suite 22 is right above reception and was noisy with checkin and checkout times. Regardless I would recommend this place to friends and family. "

"Seems like a nice hotel with good spa facilities. We had a non smoking room, but it stank of cigarettes and the bathroom smelt unclean. The hotel staff didn’t speak any English (I no we were in Germany but basic pleasantries would have been nice) so don’t expect any help. Didn’t complain about the smell in the room as unable to make ourselves understood."

"Had a great stay here. It's been 12 years since our last visit and was glad to see that there was a high level of cleanliness. Room was comfortable for our stay and our children were well accommodated. Only a 5 min walk from Europa Park which was a huge bonus!"

The extra charges per person after two persons were not listed anywhere on hotels.com so I will tell you here 50 euros per child 50 euros per adult each after two people in the room so it makes the price of the room about 300 euros per night. "We really enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. We were stopping over on our way to a skiing holiday. We had booked a family room and it was great. The staff were very welcoming, with a quick and efficient check in/out. We ate in the restaurant for our evening meal and breakfast, both were top notch. We would highly recommend this hotel and hope to revisit in the future. "
