My mom and I were very thankful for their service. They really know what great customer service is. The place was great and the views were amazing. "Super quiet area. The staff was nice and the rooms were quite nice. We booked two different bedrooms and one of them was smaller but it was still comfortable. Breakfast was a plus (saved us time/money). It is a 5 min walk from interlaken west and 15 min walk to interlaken ost. "

When we did, we used the hotel's complimentary bus ticket to explore the town--one of the most lovely and special we have experienced in Europe. And the hotel staff was warm and responsive in every way. This hotel is a gem!"
