"The room was tiny, dirty and stuffy with no AC to help regulate the temperature. We had to pay extra for a bed that I would have assumed came with the room as I booked it for three people. Staff were often not around at the front desk to help, because they were short staffed. Machines in the games room, stopped working (although a discount was offered when this happened). Breakfast was okay. But the restaurant was overpriced and poor quality. We ordered Patas Braves and got and burnt plate...

"Great hotel. Great location. There was live music, but we were advised this would stop at 2230, and it stopped at 2230, and was silent. The staff were friendly and attentive. And the food in the restaurant was good."
