"The cleanliness of the condo was excellent, and the text communication was great! The vanity in the bathroom had come away from the wall and the mattress was not too comfortable. There were indentions in the mattress where it had been slept on from prior guests. The hot water ran out before my husband and I had completed our showers. I love the location as it is outside of Branson, so it was very quiet. I would stay there again, as it is the best property I've found in Branson."

"Me, my daughter, her friend, and her friend's mother all stayed here for spring break this year. We absolutely LOVED this condo! We were at the very back of the rows of buildings, and it was extremely quiet. We had a wonderful view of the river right behind us, and spent a couple of nice mornings out on the back patio enjoying the quiet and scenic view. "We loved the mini golfing! After we returned from eating we asked at the front desk if there were lights at the mini-golf area. He found the lights and when we walked out there he had a broom and took the time to sweep off all of the leaves from the holes…in the dark! They were so very friendly and accommodating! "The unit is exactly as specified in all details. We were traveling with someone with accessibility requirements. The entry way accommodated an electric motorized scooter, and the walk-in shower has grab bars inside and out. There is a slight step going from parking to the front entry, but it can be negotiated. The walking trail is nice as well as access to the water. We will definitely stay here again, if available. "

"The indoor pool was good just don’t forget to bring your own pool toys and towels. The is a shared pool and there are several other people that use the facilities. The property was great, we wish the indoor table was bigger. We went in the late fall and a little chilly for the deck table. Otherwise we had a great time and we enjoyed the facilities."
