"Scandic Copenhagen is a good choice when staying in the city. It is close to the main shopping area and across from a wonderful lake where you can walk or run. Rooms are very large and well maintained. Breakfast was chaotic - very crowded and a bit too busy for me. Front desk was not as helpful as in other hotels - need to work on customer service"

"The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Excellent choices for breakfast. The only thing that let it down was the options for children in the swimming pool. Only a 2 hour window on Saturday and Sunday mornings. "

"It wasn't bad but there was dirt/dustbunnies up around the headboard and under the nitestand... I only know this because I dropped my headset under thectable & had to move it. Also, the service in the restaurant right around the corner was terrible. I went alone my last nite there, hubs was too tired & not hungry. I was waited on promptly & received my food quickly. And that's where it all ended. The 2 servers and the manager walked by me numerous times and totally ignored me! They even ignored...

"I stayed here for 3 nights on a solo trip to Copenhagen. Here are my pros and cons. Pros: the location is fantastic. Lovely area and central enough to walk to all the main attractions. Staff are welcoming and friendly and greeted me every time I walked in. Room size is good, would be just as comfortable for 2 people. "We had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a good variety of options. However, one drawback was the lack of ingredient labels(e.g. indicating allergens like milk), which is crucial for guests with food allergies. That said, the staff were very helpful in identifying safe choices , which was much appreciated."

"Inexpensive, practical and reliable. I would definitely stay here again. Coffee-making facilities in the room would have been nice, and breakfast was on the minimal side in terms of food, but overall it’s a 9/10 from me. "
