There is no daily house keeping, which was fine for us, they did ask of we needed any new towels or toilet paper. The location was great and overall it was a good experience. "Nice small hotel close to the beach, town and bars etc. Nice pool and bar area and food is good (we had to pay extra for breakfast). Ideal for a short break, the hotel arranged turtle swimming for us and can organise many other trips, also Spa on site. We had travelled from Tissa and first impressions here was that Marissa was very touristy and the route to the “secret beach” is a rubbish strewn dirt track, however once we settled in, we enjoyed the area."

Rooms are large and interesting. Very musty. The air conditioner needed to be maintained to keep mildew out. Clothes drying rack, nice bathroom and good breakfast. Super accommodating staff. "Excellent location (right inside Galle Fort) and value for money. The owners were really welcoming, nice and helpful. B&B located in a smaller street of the Fort, thus providing calm. Room with a large bed, A/C, mosquito net and small balcony. We definitely recommend it! We got our breakfast in another hostel managed by the owners."
