"I arrived at this property after 8pm, said I would like to check in, the lady “gave me a look” confirmed my name and handed me a set of keys and tv remote and directed me to the room. Maybe iv just been spoilt on my recent tour of SA as every other hotel/b&b have been so welcoming. I don’t expect much but some basic information like checkout time/wifi/ breakfast would have been handy. Also I did message the property two days before via Expedia to notify them I would be arriving between 8-9pm,...

"We had a fantastic stay at 15 Diaz. Check-in was easy, staff was professional and friendly, and the accommodations were even better than the pictures. We also loved the beach front access, pool, and two separate bedrooms. "

"Great one night stay and location was good. No secure parking but it's a safe neighborhood. Will stay again The only thing I can say is that the person underneath our apartment had a braai outside and when we opened our room window the whole room was flooded with smoke. I would suggest braai at designated area. "

"Very spacious for a family stay. Understand is a farm style, but cutlery and crockery are very old rusted and I think not clean and safe to use. Farm style is nice, but the place needs some upgrades and more comfort to suit today's lifestyle. Close to the shopping centre and entertainment. Very nice that it's not in the city centre. Hopefully a more modern environment in a few years time. "

"The staff at Madiolyn’s were very helpful and understanding. The accommodation was very safe and was in easy walking distance to restaurants and beach . There was plenty of room for a family of 6 and there was a very efficient washing machine and a line with pegs ."

"We had a very good stay at Jeffreys Bay Luxury Apartments, for our family of three. We were working in the area and having a clean, quiet and comfortable "home" to come back to, was really fantastic. Thank you Inge, for a great stay."

"The main room bed slats were broken, on investigation make shift slats where put in between the broken slats. This resulted in us rolling towards the centre. For that type of money I expected a comfortable nights sleep. Not impressed at all. "

I don’t expect much but some basic information like checkout time/wifi/ breakfast would have been handy. Also I did message the property two days before via Expedia to notify them I would be arriving between 8-9pm, never got any response. Room was in good condition, bathroom needs some work. Another staff member in the morning was very helpful and did help me arranging transport. Staff in restaurant was also pleasant. "
