"Fantastic stay at Marvel Hills. Sarath is the perfect host, welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast offerings were plentiful both traditional and western. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Sarath organised a TukTuk for us for a day with a friendly local. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning. "

"The property location is on top of the mountain away from everything. The view from your room is spectacular and breathtaking. The property it self needs to be updated, shower seals needed to be re-cocked as it leaked all over the bedroom. Bath and Hand Towels are all stained and felt that it was not cleaned properly. Can’t comment on the facilities as we where out early and back late during our 2 nights stay with them. "

"The hotel is perfectly placed to walk to the temple, lake and market. A 20 min walk of brief tuk tuk ride from the station. Reasonably comfortable bed with a private en-suite. The only issue was that one wall of the room is a floor to ceiling window that looks onto the hallway and lets in light from the hall until it is switched off around 11pm.
