"Location is the best. Any activities around are driveable. Staff was great and provided info on activities around. There was no air-conditioning, considering warm weather. Kept window/balcony door open, issue was mosquitoes. We were bitten every day. Dust wasn't cleaned around the bed and underneath. Only noticed it due to kids walking bare foot in the room. The room was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures on the website. . The village of Mittenwald is breathtaking. We will definitely come back to visit soon. "We were quite pleased to find this quaint, Bavarian-style hotel for our only night in Austria. Our room was spacious and had a back door that opened onto a small outdoor seating area that was part of a green space that was accessible to the guests from other rooms. We could see the mountains and wished that we had more time to spend there. We had both dinner and breakfast there, and the food was above average. We would go back."

"Stayed in a deluxe junior suite. It was ok - the room itself was nice, but we stayed as a family of 4, with 2 being on the sofa bed but there was no sheet for it. There was also only 2 towels. The area surrounding is beautiful. We were glad it was a 1 night stay over. Check in wasnt very friendly or informative."
