Young girl cooking noodles and eggs at breakfast was v busy and clearly proud of her cooking. Very kind and attentive Young lady on reception who spoke English helped book rice terraces and river trips and wasn't pushy. Staff member took us to bus meet point and waited with us until bus turned up when it was v late after flooding from severe thunderstorm Nice room with bath on terrace...

Very comfortable and staff are very helpful. Made the use of the washing machine, they even had dryer which is useful. "
